Hot tub was out of order. And our air conditioner didn't cool very well. But the beds were comfy and the pools are nice. Had a good stay!
Stayed just for 1 night..The front desk staff was great! Wonderful service. I did not like seeing the big sweaty guy coming in from the street head straight to the pool and jump in with his clothes on. The beds were comfy, the rooms were ok...I pulled back one of the covers and there was a long blond hair and a shorter brown one on the bed. There was also hair in the bathroom. Front desk is great, the cleaning people do need to be looked at though, they are skipping on important things.
I didn't feel safe. There were people in the parking lot at all hours of the night digging for cigarette butts and asking for change. There were people in the room above me and from the time I walked in to the time I checked out you could hear every step they took. The bed was very comfortable, but glad I brought my ear plugs. My dog didn't get much sleep as she was bothered by all the noise from upstairs and the slam of the outside door. I went out to check my car around 11 pm and was locked out of my room (key card deactivated) so I had to walk around the outside of the hotel in the dark to get back to the front desk (I didn't know the pool door doesn't lock at night). The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had there been another pet friendly room I would have just switched rooms (for the noise).
- Opened the door to the room smelled like stale beer and the carpets were disgusting. Didnt want to take off our shoes. - Bathrooms had mold on the sides of the tub. - checked for bed bugs no bugs but the under mattress had black hair. - TV was little- indoor pool was disgusting with bugs and dirt the kids wont swim.- hot tub was the same dirting and a film of gross stuff floating on top. - the price was unreal $196.00 We would of left but there were no more rooms available in Kerona. We stayed in a total of 6 hotels/ motels on our trip to Ontario from Alberta and this is the most disgusting accommodations we experienced!!!
I stayed here in early May and I had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member who checked us in was so awesome and sweet! I wish I knew her name, she was excellent. It was May 3rd between 2-4pm that we arrived. The room was perfect. We had two queen sized beds in ours, a mini fridge, couch and TV. Thanks Travelodge! Breakfast at Yesterdays was also super!
