Very relaxing. You will definitely enjoy yourself. It is more on the quite side of town. And when you get a room facing towards the bush line it is even that much more enjoyable. They have a continental breakfast. And the location is like a ten minute ride to anything so it makes it a really easy location to stay at .
Nice place in Kenora to stay for a night. Building is old but it seems to have renovated with new furniture and look. 3 star because help desk line from your room is always busy or either have been put off. Not all toilet accessories were available. Beside that great place! Awesome breakfast
Worse Hotel Stay Ever. No soap or toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was like sleeping on rocks. price was way more then the room deserved. Breakfast was the only thing that was good about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was not cleaned and we had to go to the front desk to get towels. When they went to the laundry to get clean towels there were none. The next day the bed was made but it was not made correctly, the top cover was on the floor in a ball. Did not complain the next day. Why bother. and then we get home and they over charged our credit card.
This place treats there staff like garbage, the rooms are absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff are always very rude except maybe midnight staff and outside Smoking,dont get me started on breakfast you have to wait in line for the staff to fill there plates first before u can eat and they never fruit or yogurt dont get me started with the Ants in the cereal and syrup and Bed Bugs are an issue Check your Beds and the Pet Rooms Smell like Pee. Spoke with the Manager and she was SO Rude and when I walked away she bad mouthed me to her front desk staff
Everything we needed was there for our short stay. The only thing I have to mention (so sorry) is that we found the beds extremely uncomfortable. Both my husband and I were up in the night and then found ourselves getting out of bed this morning with extreme back pain. Other than that - no worries. Staff were super great and accommodating. Thank you!
