This must be the absolute worst company to deal with when your are interested in a property and the Realtor will not return calls and answer e-mails slower than ever usually many days. Meanwhile the house you want to buy gets an offer accepted by another realtor. Chad Jack has a very slow response to any inquiry about his listings. Chad Jack will not answer his cell phone from out of province buyers. Do not ever list with Chad Jack.
