What joke min six hour wait on both visits two days apart. On top of all that got in a they couldnt get my file from two days ago and I had to re-explain my i was there and tell them what the X-ray and ct had on them. You figure your file would be accessible so they can proper Diagnosed.
waited 6+ hours in the waiting room to see a doctor when all I needed was an a.ok for a prescription refill.
The staff in the E,R treated me with respect and were empathetic towards my current health situation. They moved quickly and professionally as a team to expedite my life saving surgery. They have come a very long way in the way they treat people who suffer from what is sadly a socially unacceptable mental illness-addiction. Dr.Spielman is the backbone of the OR and has saved my life-again, he treated me respectfully and with dignity, positively leading his team to do the same. The wound care team and nursing staff on the 3rd floor were all among the best health care professionals I have EVER had involved in my care. I am truly at a loss for words and blown away with my overall experience while in the care of these angels of God at LOTWDH and will be forever grateful. These men and women deserve more recognition as they are a step above any health care team I have been in the care of at at least 3 other hospitals, thank you Dr.Spielman, Joelle (wound care) and the entire team involved in my care, my family and I will be forever grateful as we keep you all in our prayers.
Six hour wait and still not seen, sad thing is I have a doctor and it's a 2 month wait there so there is no other option in Kenora
Ive had nothing but great service from all the departments here. The referral service has been unbelievably great for my needs.
